Scientists and specialists are invited to take part in the conference, but the organizers would encourage leading Russian and foreign scientists (without age restrictions) to give their overview lectures. The time limit is up to 30 minutes for invited lectures and 15 minutes for oral presentations.

Deadline of the manuscript submission is 30 April 2024.
The participation cost amount is 100 USD and 50 USD for manuscript publication. Participation cost for the accompanying person is 80 USD. Accommodation, meals and excursions are paid separately by the conference participants personally. The order of payment will be defined upon request of participants.
